Policy: Therapy Cred. encourages individuals that receive continuing education credits through its services share their concerns and grievances with the organization via an email contact: wakenctherapeutics@gmail.com.
Each grievance filed by concerned participants will be evaluated and resolved by our social work consultant.
If Therapy Cred is unable to provide the training then refunds will be provided to individual customers or organizations.
If an individual is unsatisfied with the training they can submit a letter stating their concerns that will be addressed within 48 hours by the social work consultant and refund may be granted.
If a student does not receive certificate of their completed course please email, wakenctherapeutics@gmail.com, a staff member will look into this within 48 hours of receipt of the email and provide appropriate certificate if training has accurately been completed.
For complaints regarding speakers, course content and other information please feel free to put that information to our online survey monkey that is offered after every course. If you feel as though you would like to provide further feedback please email wakenctherapeutics@gmail.com and your concerns will be taken into account and you will receive feedback from our social work consultant.
Purpose: To provide a consistent and structured grievance process.
Policy: Therapy Cred policy indicates that all information used in trainings will ensure that participants and trainers will clearly ensure that no identifying or sensitive information about clients will be shared during online, in person or other trainings. Any case studies or examples provided will remove any information that could potentially identify a client’s identity. No direct names or factual information will be used for presentations or courses.
This will be anecdotal and changed to comply with NASW code of ethics as seen here: NASW CODE OF ETHICS for practical use with attendees.
Purpose: To ensure privacy of actual events and case information from clinical practice and expertise.
Policy: Therapy Cred policy 3.2 indicates that all information is stored on a HIPPA compliant cloud storage. This includes course resources, information and records of our client lists. No information will be shared without outside providers or other business entities. The information of the attendees will only be used for internal company use.
Any forms (rosters, post-tests, etc.) that contain identifying information about the participant will be secured through encryption (digital files, SSL certificate) and hard copies will remain in locked filing cabinets. Payments will be automated through our online platform, which provides a secure, encrypted payment processing. Therapy Cred will not be able to obtain credit card information through this system.
Purpose: To ensure the security and privacy of the customers and attendees of our courses including but not limited to personal identification as well as additional financial information.
Policy: Therapy Cred staff will assess data from surveys from course participants to evaluate effectiveness of curriculum and courses. Both CE Director and Social Work Consultant will utilize feedback forms on survey to address growing needs within continuing education and how to meet those needs.
Purpose: To provide a structured assessment of current information being shared with students/ customers and its effectiveness.
